Team Dad Purpose Statement: Team Dad’s mission is to intentionally foster a community of Christ-centered men who challenge, encourage, and strengthen one another through authentic relationships, prayer, and accountability. Guided by Proverbs 27:17, 'Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another,' we seek to grow in faith, character, and leadership, equipping each other to reflect Christ in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

At Team Dad We:

• Commit to interceding for church leaders, ministries, and community needs.
• Facilitate regular, in-depth Bible study sessions that help men grow in knowledge, faith, and obedience.
• Create support groups where men can share their struggles, offer encouragement, and build genuine, loving relationships.
• Encourage men to engage in consistent prayer and Bible reading through group challenges or accountability systems.
• Encourage men to live out their faith boldly in their workplaces and spheres of influence, sharing the gospel
