Help the Homeless

Calvary Church is collecting donations for our local partner, Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities on February 18 and 25. Your generosity will impact the lives of men, women, and children experiencing homelessness, hunger, and addiction. Thank you for donating and making a difference. To make the biggest impact, please donate only new or gently used items that are in good condition. When we receive items that we cannot use, it creates additional work for staff and volunteers.

Donation bins will be in the lobby of each campus on February 18 & February 25.

Needed Items:

• Men’s shoes: athletic, casual, and summer footwear in all sizes
• New or gently used bath towels
• Men’s pants/jeans: all sizes, especially 30-, 32-, and 34-inch waist
• Razors
• Men’s shirts and t-shirts: especially sizes XL - 6XL
• New or gently used outerwear, such as coats, hats, gloves, and scarves
• New and used twin-size bed linens

DO NOT DONATE:

• Housewares, such as kitchen items, lamps or furniture
• Baby seats, strollers
• Televisions, computers, appliances
• Used toys
• Used pillows, blankets
• Medical supplies or equipment
