Welcome to D.E.S.I.G.N! The term DESIGN is an acronym developed at Calvary Church:

Desires + Experiences + Skills + Individuality + Gifts = Niche

When we discover our Desires (interests, passions), pay attention to our key life Experiences, identify our Skills (talents, abilities), consider our Individuality (personality, temperament), and discover our spiritual Gifts, we find our ministry Niche and, often, what would be an appropriate career choice.
