Pre-Marital Counseling

Pre-marital counseling is a great first step for couples wanting to get married and stay married! Reach out to the Calvary Church Pastor you would like to officiate your wedding and they can help you secure a date on our calendar and get started.

Funeral & Memorial

We’re so sorry for your loss.

Psalm 34:18 tells us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Losing a loved one brings pain and stress to a family, and the Calvary Church community understands what you’re going through. One of the first things to do may be to plan a funeral. If you’re doing that, contact us to let us know how we can help. Some things to think about before you start planning this important event:
  • Some dates and times that work for your family.
  • The pastor you would like to officiate.
  • Music and musicians important to your loved one.
  • Meaningful scripture to share.
  • Individuals who may want to share a tribute.
To get the planning process started, contact the Church Office at 651-487-2855.
Calvary Church does not rent to outside groups for a funeral or memorial service.

Parents, child dedication is a commitment you make before God, as parents, to give thanks to God and express your desire to lead and raise your children to follow Jesus during a Worship Service.

Baptism is an outward expression of an inward commitment - a public declaration that you've decided to follow Jesus. At Calvary, we practice baptism by immersion, following Christ's example and command.

We offer a Baptism Class twice a year, where you'll learn what baptism means, why it matters, and how to take this important step in your faith journey.

Each year, we celebrate baptisms in two meaningful ways:

  • Indoor baptisms during a worship service
  • Outdoor baptisms in the lake on the beautiful campus of the University of Northwestern-St. Paul during the summer
