Dean Junkans

Church Chair

Dean Junkans has been part of Calvary since 2001 and serves as Church Chair. A retired Chief Investment Officer, U.S. Army Gulf War veteran, and active board director, Dean has invested deeply in ministries such as Kids Ministry, ASK, Financial Peace University, Men’s Ministry, Alpha, Missional Community, and various leadership teams including Strategic Planning, Audit, and Transition. Dean and his wife, Tammie, have two married children, Erin and Dan, and are blessed with four grandsons and two granddaughters. He enjoys hiking, reading, workouts with friends, family time, and grandkid sleepovers. Dean is passionate about mentoring, supporting cancer patients and caregivers, and investing in the next generation. He loves Calvary for being Bible-based, Jesus-focused, and a generous church with a heart for both community and global impact.
