Teacher Encouragement & Prayer

Teachers are rock stars. They care for our kids and students so well and love to pass on their love of learning. We all know how hard this coronavirus season has been on our educators, and their already daunting jobs have gotten even more demanding.

What educator do you know that needs a little nudge of encouragement and prayer right now? Click on the LINK HERE to send us the name of a teacher you know, or to give us your name, if you are an educator. We’ll put these names on our prayer list, and send a little gift!

Deadline for sending in names: Monday, October 5

Daniel: Living Amidst Lions

The primary message of Daniel is the sovereignty of God throughout history and over human authority. Daniel clearly declares that in the end, all worldly kingdoms will be replaced by the one true kingdom, the Kingdom of God. The story of Daniel teaches us that there will be trials, sadness, and challenges for God’s children until the end of time. However, those who are faithful to the Lord will be elevated to glory, honor, and everlasting life in God’s Kingdom.

This will be an inductive Bible study led by Tucker Anderson, Discipleship Pastor, and Ralph Gustafson, Senior Adults & Volunteer Development Pastor. Participants will be expected to read the assigned chapters in advance of the weekly study and to readily enter into discussions of the text.

Mondays, September 21-December 7 / 4-5pm
No class Monday, November 23.
